ASAPilot Team

Product & Engineering

The team behind ASAPilot — engineers and growth practitioners who previously ran Apple Search Ads for mobile portfolios spanning indie apps and agencies. We write about ASA strategy, automation, and operator-grade tooling. Read-only by default isn't just product copy — it's our operating belief that humans should approve every campaign change.

The ASAPilot team designs and ships the AI operations console for Apple Search Ads. We come from operator backgrounds — running ASA campaigns for indie apps, growth teams, and mobile agencies before building the product we wished we had.

Our editorial principles:

  • Cite the source. Every numerical claim links back to either Apple’s documentation, our own facts page, or an explicitly anonymized case study.
  • Show the work. Guides include the exact reports to open, the filters to apply, and the expected outputs — not just “audit your account regularly.”
  • Don’t invent customers. Case studies are either dogfooding (us running ASAPilot on our own internal demo accounts) or anonymized real customers who reviewed the writeup.
  • Update or retire. Apple Search Ads ships changes quarterly. We refresh guides when Apple ships new capabilities (e.g., SKAN 4.0 postback windows) and retire stale content when something is deprecated.
