ASAPilot is an AI-powered operations console for Apple Search Ads. The Service provides analytics, monitoring, reporting, recurring automation workflows, and AI chat capabilities through integration with the Apple Search Ads API.

You must sign in using a valid Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Apple Search Ads Integration

By connecting your Apple Search Ads account to ASAPilot, you:

Authorize ASAPilot to access your Apple Search Ads data via the API.
Acknowledge that ASAPilot may process your Apple Search Ads data to generate recurring checks, summaries, alerts, and recommendations when automations are enabled.
Remain solely responsible for your Apple Search Ads account and any actions taken through our Service.
Agree to comply with Apple's terms of service for the Apple Search Ads API.

5. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with monthly billing.
Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ASAPilot and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
AI-generated recommendations or automation outputs will achieve specific results.
Campaign performance will improve by using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASAPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
