Home Dashboard

Home is the AI control center for ASAPilot. It is not a traditional BI page. The point is to answer what changed, what the system already knows, and what you should open next.

Hero status and key metrics

The top of Home summarizes account context, synced status, spend, installs, CPI, and CVR so operators can see whether the portfolio is stable before drilling into detail.

Budget Risk Radar

Home highlights a risk score, status label, and supporting signals from the budget guard workflow. This is the fastest way to decide whether budget control needs attention today.

Automation spotlight

A dedicated automation panel shows the active workflow, schedule, last run, result, current action, and quick controls for run now, pause/resume, or edit.

AI Insights Feed

Insight cards connect findings to next actions. Instead of a generic feed, this section is meant to surface the most valuable decisions worth opening next.

Recent automation runs

The recent-runs table gives immediate proof of what the system executed. Clicking a row opens the detailed run record in the Runs workspace.

Quick Actions, Suggested Questions, and System Status

The right rail turns Home into an operating console by linking directly to high-frequency actions and showing whether core systems are healthy.

How to operate Home

  1. Open Home first at the start of the day or before changing any workflow settings.
  2. Read the budget radar and the top insight before inspecting raw run history.
  3. Use the automation spotlight to decide whether to run, pause, or edit the primary recurring workflow.
  4. Click into Runs only after you know which insight or alert actually matters.
  5. Use the suggested questions as a handoff into Chat when you need explanation, not just summary.

Empty states to expect

If you have not connected an ASA account yet, Home will not have a live portfolio summary. If you have no automations, the automation panel prompts you to create one. If there is no execution history yet, the recent-runs table stays empty until the first manual or scheduled run finishes.

Frequently asked questions

What should an operator check first on Home?

Check the budget radar, top insight, automation spotlight, and recent runs before drilling into raw detail.

Why might Home look empty?

Home stays sparse until an ASA account is connected and at least some automation or execution history exists.

When should I leave Home for another page?

Go to Chat when you need explanation, and go to Runs when you already know which execution record needs evidence review.
